Part of the Épure collection — inspired by the timeless dinnerware of grand French family homes — this French stoneware dinner plate reinterprets classic sophistication with a modern, pared-back sensibility. Its slender, pure silhouette feels both resolutely refined and effortlessly livable. The crackled quartz enamel interior shimmers with subtle texture and depth, while the soft satin white exterior brings a powdery, sugared-almond finish that pairs beautifully with linen, silver, and candlelight alike. Every plate is entirely handcrafted in the Jars atelier in Drôme, southern France, and fired at 1280°C using the Grand Feu high-fire method — producing glazed stoneware of exceptional density and durability with a non-porous, chip-resistant surface that resists staining. Natural, artisanal variations in glaze and form are an inherent part of the process. Each plate is its own.
