Refund policy
Items may be returned within 21 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:

*Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
*Reason for Return
Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private parcel carrier but must be a traceable method. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged, we do not credit shipping for buyer remorse.
Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and should be sent back to us in the original shipping carton.
Jars Ceramistes USA, Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure / track their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.
