Jars Céramistes Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States. Primary shipping method is UPS Ground and in some instances USPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories will be shipped via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
In stock orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, are typically shipped in 5-7 business days from purchase, and arrive in 5-7 business days once you've received a shipping confirmation. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please allow for additional processing days between Black Friday & Christmas.
For orders shipping to apt. or over $200 value, a signature is required at delivery.
In 2024, our corporate office & fulfillment center will be closed in observance of the following holidays;
- New Years Day, January 1st
- Presidents Day, February 19th
- Memorial Day, May 27th
- Independence Day, July 4th & 5th
- Labor Day, September 2nd
- Thanksgiving, November 28th & 29th
- Christmas, December 25th, 26th, & 27th
Jars Céramistes Returns & Exchange Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
- Reason for Return
Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private, traceable parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged, we do not credit shipping for buyer remorse. Jars Céramistes is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure / track their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.
Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging.
Jars Céramistes Sales Tax Policy
Shipments to residents are subject to applicable sales taxes. No sales taxes are applicable elsewhere at this time.
